| Women sometimes find it difficult
to secure funding to start their business or to
operate an established business, as small business
loans can be very difficult to get. One reason is
that it costs a bank as much to process a small loan
as it does to process a larger loan from which it
will make more money. As a result, many small
businesses
finance their business through credit
cards and loans from friends and family.
iCreditReports Did you know there are 3 National Credit
Bureaus keeping credit files on you? Did you know
that different lenders look at different credit
reports? Be sure, be safe get all three.
Here, we offer options
and resources offering money to women on a variety
of platforms, whether it be short-term or long-term
loans, small amounts to large amounts. A situation
may arise where you only need $500 and could get by
with a

situations dictate loans on a larger scale. |

If you believe you have been denied a loan or credit
because you are a woman, you can contact the FTC's
Consumer Response Center for help. The FTC is in
charge of enforcing the Equal Credit Opportunity
Act, which prohibits lenders from denying credit
based on gender or marital status. While the FTC
will not act on individual complaints, a large
number of complaints against a vendor may force it
to take action and investigate further. The FTC also
can put you in touch with other agencies that can
investigate a complaint immediately. |
